Veteran Estate Services Success Story

Veteran Estate Services recently completed a full-service estate project for a client that included finding a buyer for a large NASCAR diecast collection and completing a full cleanout of a 2,000 sq. ft. home. Our team evaluated the collection and leveraged our network of collectors to quickly connect the client with a qualified buyer, helping them receive a fair value for the collection.

In addition to facilitating the sale of the collection, we handled the entire home cleanout process. The job included organizing and removing household contents, coordinating multiple dumpster runs, hosting a yard sale to help recover additional value for the client, and completing donation runs for usable items.

From start to finish, the entire project was completed in less than a week, highlighting Veteran Estate Services’ ability to provide efficient, full-service estate solutions—from liquidating collections to full property cleanouts—while delivering a professional and stress-free experience for our clients.
Assessment
For this job, we conducted a video conference to assess the job, recorded the conversation and replayed the video over and over to get to the right price for the job.
Day 1-4: Inventory Items, Packing and Selling Items
During the first three days, the Veteran Estate Services team focused on sorting, inventorying, packing, and beginning to sell the customer’s belongings. Valuable items, including collectibles, were carefully documented while other household items were organized for sale, donation, or disposal. By the end of Day 4, the majority of the home had been inventoried and packed, allowing the project to move quickly into the cleanout and final removal phase. During this phase we also loaded the truck to deliver the nascar collection to the buyer.
Day 5-7: Dumpster, Donation runs and Final Clean Out
During Days 5–7, Veteran Estate Services completed the final cleanout of the home, coordinating multiple dumpster runs for disposal and donation runs for usable items. Our team cleared the remaining contents and ensured the property was left clean and ready for the next steps, successfully finishing the project efficiently and on schedule.
